What's with all the scheduling?  First of all, if I have my own accounts, I don't have a strict schedule.  Also, even if I am a subcontractor, I usually acquire accounts that have a turnaround time, rather than a schedule, seeing as I am an IC MT after all.  If I'm at school for a couple of hours during the day, I will work that evening when kids go to bed to make up - or may not if work has been slow.  You have too many blanket statements that are basically indicative of your bad experiences it seems.  Like now, for instance.  It is 1 am my time.  I worked from 9p to 12a because I was at school today for a RIF book distribution and an antibullying program.  And typically this would have been my time to work, but I work around it - it's called flexibility - why work at home then - geez, lighten up.
