Deciding what constitutes a "great company" is a very personal thing. You have to decide what is important to you! What I think is the greatest company in the world may not suit you at all! Do you want a line rate, hourly? Do you want hospital or clinic? Do you want to work 8-5? Do you want to be responsible for so many lines per day? You have to decide all this, then post looking for companies that have what you need to be happy!!
