Couldn't have said it better myself.  That's why I refuse to EVER refer anyone.  The last person I referred turned out to be a total embarrassment to me, made the "excuse" that she just couldn't get the daily line count, which by the way, is very low and a very easy account.  Of course not, neither could I if I stayed on the phone all day.   No one can possibly tell someone else what will suit them, there are just too many factors.  My best advice is to post a resume and state EXACTLY what you are looking for in no uncertain terms and see what turns up.  You might be pleasantly surprised.
