Typically, how long does it take from the time they call you and do a phone interview to the time a company makes a decision on which candidate they chose? I applied and tested very well for this company (NOT naming ANY names here), and it was just this last Monday they did the phone interview. They said they hopefully would have a decision today. The wait is absolutely killing me. Not only that, I am truly desparate for a job. This particular job would be ideal for me. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
