The new grads accept any rate as low as it is, just to get the foot into the door and some experience.
And ASR works also against the experienced MTs.
ASR does not necessitate a vast repertoire of Expanders and normals.
Top requirements for ASR are
excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation and medical terminology knowledge and the ability to type 50wpm.
