have no idea how much of the basic stuff they just don't know. I have noticed that the people who have come into the field in the last 5 or so years were never taught much of the stuff we call basic--how to research, definitions, etc. When they are given a test or given work that involves doing any of this, they get outraged and insist that the company wants something that is impossible.
