Maybe you shoudl talk to people who have been thrown on new accounts with no warning and no transitional pay for learning it, never to see the old one for which they built hours and hours of macros and reference files again; or those who agreed to one schedule and then were forced to work another, or those who didn't have work while other accounts were on mandatory overtime.  It's the same as everywhere, pretty much luck of the draw.  $40 dollars a month rental for a computer, yearly increases in medical insurance costs, only 12 hours per business quarter nonpaid time off allowed if you are part-time--good luck finding someone to cover your shifts....are you getting a clearer picture?
