From 9.5 cpl to 3 cpl is a huge paycut in my opinion.

I look at it this way. I transcribe 250 lph. At 9.5 cpl, that is $23.75/hour. To make the same amount editing at 3 cpl, I would have to edit just about 800 lph. I agree Escription is good, but I don't know about that good. I personally don't know anyone who edits 800 lph. I love VR, but not at 3 cpl. No way to make a living at that rate. I would start looking elsewhere if the company is unwilling to budge with the pay rate if it was me.
