I've not been doing VR very long and I'm getting the hang of it. My speed is up and I'm getting used to it. I'm at a lot higher than 3 cpl so my pay is about equal to where I was at with transcribing (over the $20/hr range). I can tell you though I was very nervous about switching to VR with all the complaining on this board. If I were you, I'd give it a shot before moving on. You might be surprised, I certainly was.
