Because they have an ax to grind - sm

They are obviously very unhappy people who have nothing better to do with their lives than to pick companies apart who they feel wronged them or a friend in some way. And they won't identify themselves because they are afraid their current service will see how unprofessional and immature they can be. They wouldn't dare say half the stuff they are saying if they had to do it face to face or were held responsible for their comments. These boards give them the opportunity to act like middle school kids - make up stories, spread rumors, just get down right ugly.

I have nothing against posting a response about a question - good, bad or ugly. It's the harping on things and trying to make things sound worse than they are. EVERY service out there has issues. None of them are perfect. So DSG is accused of not watching their QA staff closely enough. Another poster says they are watching them. Done. There have been email issues in the past. Responded to. Done. Their pay scale is competitive. They have work. They pay on time. They offer employee status with benefits for full time MTs. Their platform is reliable and easy to use.

Thankfully, most people who read these boards have more class than some of the posters, can see right thru them and don't pay any attention to the nonsense.

Probably someone with an ax to grind. That's always the way.

You sound like someone with an axe to grind. Where did you get that inside information about SPI?
you have that information really narrows down who you could possibly be. You need to be careful.
Not all managers stay forever with OSI and no ax to grind
:)
