Well here is how I see it,

As I said before, I don't think DSG is perfect - but if I felt the way you did I would surely not still be working there.  If your supervisor doesn't answer your emails on something IMPORTANT like a QA person deleting entire sentences or putting in complete nonsense, that is a problem.  Have you tried going to the person above them?  Or even another level higher? If you haven't, then you have no room to complain.  If you have and nothing was done, then you should leave DSG as quick as humanly possible and never look back.
