I currently work for Hypertype and am currently on their new transcription
platform. I have found that Tech support is available on evenings and
weekends when it involves technical issues, not personal computer
problems. Raises happen. Not all accounts are overflow. If you are computer
literate line counts can be verified in Microsoft Word. Hypertype's two
offices work as a Team. Current owner has been with Hypertype for 21 YEARS!
She purchased the company to save the company from being absorbed by
Medquist. Hypertype has many full time transcriptionists who have never
lacked work and some have been with the company for 15+ years. Schedule is
flexible. Yes, Hypertype advertises as they are growing and hiring more
transcriptionists. People who are writing negative statements should have
their facts correct first.
