I used to work for Future-Net as well. The same exact things happened to me. There were horrible ESLs and I had to work all day to make a decent wage. The QA staff are very rude! I have over twenty years experience as an MT and have never typed such horrible ESLs! There are better places to work out there, you just have to look.
