I was with TRS for a little more than a year. I understood the pay plan because I was given a print out of the pay increases for the QA score ranges, the LPH ranges and the percentage of work you sent in to QA. But I always felt the pay was low and unfair. I liked my account so I hung around for a while. Once it was anounced last summer/fall that not only were they training women in Trinidad, but they would start in another country as well - that's when I jumped ship. I went to Amphion for a month but I had an extremely hard time making my count there (boring clinic notes and ran out of work a bit, among other issues). They company I work for now pays OK (not great). I started a month ago and have been pleased with my first 2 paychecks.


The thing with TRS (for me) is that I feel with all this training going on offshore, why stay with them if they pay scale is weird, the pay is low and chances are very good that all of their work will be going offshore soon?
