I have been working with them for a few months now and everything has been easy, I already work for MQ so didn't need to learn DocQscribe, and they did give me an easy account, low ESLs, buuuuutttt, they run out of work, but then again, so does MQ. That is why I flip back and fourth, now everything is pretty good. Good luck.
