you better be self-suficient to work at DTS because there is very little communication except for the different lady who contacts everybody about their work...she loves to tell everybody how hard she has it, how smart she is, her religion, etc. Don't expect a raise either EVER....I have been there 3 years and they don't give them. Insurance is so so as long as you don't need family coverage, you'd have to be rich.
