I worked for them 6 months. I was making 8.5 cpl from 10 to 6 shift on all op notes. Dictaphone Extext. They required me to work 1 weekend day at same rate. The recruiter was very nice. They offer health care benefits, but I didn't take them. I was supposed to meet 1200 lpd to receive benefits and I didn't, but they still gave me PTO and every other paid holiday off. One thing I didn't like was that they had Indian workers who called me on the phone about needing help on my days off, but you didn't have to go in. If you had a computer problem or question, they were very quick and courteous. Tech support was great. I had 2 accounts. Both were hard to get a line count on for me, but not due to ESLs. Account specifics were very nitpicky on one and the other account, I would type and type and still couldn't get a good line count. Lastly, I will say the lead I had was not understanding. As long as life doesn't happen, you should be okay if you get her. That's about all.
