Not so great experience. They watch your every move. Hopefully you will never have to go to the bathroom or look up a word. I was an independent contractor with no benefits and was held strictly to the employee-status rules. They have an Indian help desk which I found very challenging communication-wise. For the right person, it may be a good fit... If you don't have to go to the bathroom in an 8-hour period, never have to look up a word, answer your front door or the phone, etc. If I need to go to the bathroom, I don't want to worry about getting a phone call asking me to explain where I was. True story. Ewww. I felt as if someone was in my house watching me. I've been doing this for over 20 years and there are plenty of better jobs out there.

I lover my southern MTSO!
I absolutely love it when I have to talk to them on the phone cuz their accents are soooo cute and they are soooo polite. Being from Ohio I just love it, it makes my day. Plus, they never call to bug me, just quick questions from time to time but I never tire of hearing the accent. Also, never been happier with them and pay is fine.
