We have Yahoo IM AND a forum where I work, but we are still in the dark. Some of the participants, especially those who are new to the company, have obviously been fooled into thinking that we are kept informed, but we are only kept minimally informed... If various MTs communicate amongst themselves, well, that's a different story. But, according to what I've read on the forum, the forum only perpetuates confusion and seems to serve to provide the illusion that we are being provided up-to-date communication, while this is not always the fact. I used to work at a company where the MTs were not allowed to know each others' identities, email addresses, etc.. The owner of the company purposely mandated that policy.
