Either one, and would take any beneifts in consideration of pay.

Basically, the bottom line is I just need to make more money to cover the bills right now, so I would take either IC or employee status.  I realize that if they provide benefits, I would need to add that into the pay, such as insurance and PTO.  I currently pay $325/month for insurance for myself and 3 children on an individual policy since I currently am IC status. I find the problem with insurance is that usually group rates through an employer is usually higher than that on just the portion I would pay, so it really does not seem to help much if they provide insurance.  If I could find one that did, that would be awesome, but I think I might be dreaming here.

Thank you so much for trying to help me out.

Did you ever take into consideration
that I, probably along with many others, have to do a spell check on our work- we don’t have to do it here. My VR does a lot that straight typing does not, such as if you misspell a word sometimes like magic it knows and changes (I don’t have all the words in ShortHand that it changes) and also highlights or tells you when doing spell check you might have put a MI and it will ask you do you want an instead. Take that into view. We could not go through as fast as we can and not change mistakes. Here if words spelled wrong, oh well, told not to police spelling here anyway.
Wouldnt you think they would have more consideration rather
than just throwing people on with no concern about running out of work.  I guess it is just easier to do that than worry about people working.  Nothing like making an a-- out of people.

Take into consideration that the schooling will be the most difficult and time-consuming part...
especially when you get to the clinicals...it is full-time...
