I have not received any errors and there are no blanks in my reports.. The reports I did were very easy basic soap notes. So simple, you could do them in your sleep. I never received any errors because I made none;however, I have been on 100% QA for about a month with no explanation. My girlfriend has been on QA 100% for 15 months. I stopped doing work for them completely. All work must go throught one QA specialist/medical education specialist before being released. On a daily basis, she has over 1000 reports to QA. She has many reports to QA because everyone is on 100% QA.
