Exactly how much of a pay cut is it?

I'm not trying to find out how much you currently make, just curious if it is a 50% cut like most companies, or if MDI is offering a little more percentage-wise. Also, is the rate a little higher in the beginning until the VR is set up or is it going to stay the same -- can you tell I've worked for MQ before. In the beginning, VR was paid at 100% of your rate, then cut to 80%, then to 70%, then to 60%. Their pay cut logic was that the system was learning and therefore we should be producing more as times go on because the system had supposedly learned, too! Yeah, right.
