Have any of the MTs working for MDI considered that they are really not such a good company to work for? 3 cpl for VR? This appears to be the lowest current rate being paid for VR work. How can this be one of the best companies if this is what the are offering their MTs? If people who have been doing VR work for up to 5 years can tell you that there is no way in hell that you can do double the lines that you transcribe, let alone triple, then your lines per hour/pay per hour/ weekly income/ personal wealth is now being decreased by a huge amount.
IMO, you should all be looking for other places to work, at the very least to supplement the obvious losses that you are going to encounter.
Updated technology should NOT decrease your income!
