Gee, some people get honored and some don't? I would like to know how this "honor system works". I have never had a under 99% QA and I never get honored. And don't be so naive as to think there are any valued employees at OSI, because bottom line don't ever think a person cannot be replaced. People make the mistake thinking "i am so good, they couldn't replace me". DREAM ON.
