Flagging (OT)

So, I know this is going to be off topic here, but I have to ask. If your doctor dictated pulse 150/80, would you really flag that, or would you type what he clearly meant, which is blood pressure? Perhaps I'm unethical, but that just seems like a huge waste of time for QA to go through (and I would've felt the same as QA, sending that over for the office to then send it to the provider to deal with). There are certain word mix-ups that need to be flagged (like if the doc dictates right ankle and then later dictates left), but is this really, really, really something you would flag?

I promise, I am not being nit-picky or snarky or anything. I'm genuinely curious if my work ethics are that far off.
