I think you have a very valid point. If and until the MTs here in the U.S. take control of what is happening by REFUSING to work for offshore companies and REFUSING a decent wage, we won't have any leverage to make a change.

Until the MTSOs are outnumbered and it finally hits them in the pocket book, this situation isn't going to change. As it is, their threat of being undercut/underbid by offshore companies is what has caused this industry to nosedive.

Let's face it people. We are on the closest version of the Titanic.

For you nay sayers and you should get out of this business, I say to you the same thing Dr. Phil says, you can't change what you don't acknowledge. If you can't acknowledge that you are feeding fuel to the fire for working for companies that offshore and are thus driving us further into oblivion, then I see no hope for this turning around.

My opinion. Just food for thought.
