When I worked for them, they were CONSTANTLY way out of TAT. The hospital account that I typed on actually threatened to break their contract with SPI and take their business elsewhere because they were so far out of TAT. They never had a problem with TAT before SPI bought Cymed and all of the good managers and MTs quit! MTs were quitting left and right and they were not hiring replacements, and they just kept demanding OT from the MTs that remained. I finally found a much better company and was able to quit. CyMed was decent to work for, but working for SPI was beyond stressful and annoying and I am so glad to finally be out!
