Some of you people never cease to amaze me. All you want to do is complain. There have never been any communication problems between Transtech and its employees. I have never had that problem. Maybe if you have a gripe and complaint you should go directly to them instead of being so concerned that someone has complaining board. I've noticed posts on here that people are whining and moaning when the work load is low and then when the work load is high they whine and moan about working long hours. I handle it because I know it's going to change, it always does. Personally I will continue to defend my choice in choosing TransTech. I feel it's a great place to work and I've found my niche, but of course, I'm a hard worker.
