Have you searched MTjobs.com? If not, try it. There are tons of jobs available EVERY DAY! If you are so unhappy then change your situation. Apply to as many jobs as you possibly can. It makes no sense to me how you can be "stuck" with an employer. With all the companies hiring the greener grass awaits you but you can't expect it to come to you - get applying! In the meantime, learn to accept your situation and relax. Studies show that anxiety causes heart-attacks ya know!
