I was an MQ'er, too! lol I left shortly after the Rewards Plan! I love MDI and I love the flexibility. I have a friend who works at home, too. She doesn't do MT work but her work is pretty flexible, which allows us to go do lunch or take a small shopping trip. It's nice. I didn't know they had p.r.n. either. That's good, though. It helps when regularly scheduled MT's are sick or need a day off. I had a bad summer where we lost my brother-in-law one month, my grandpa the next month, had to put our dog down the following month (July) and in the July my boyfriend had an abnormal MRI (which luckily turned out to be nothing). Anyway, having p.r.n. helps in those situations a lot!
