Ironic isn't it, that we both worked for MQ. I left there in June of 2006. Actually I started with MDI before I gave MQ my notice to see how it was going to work out. I hated the changes they made when we were no longer statutory and had to become employees. Sounds like you've been through a lot. Just to let you know, MDI is very, very compassionate when you have family things come up like that. I started with them on June 4, 2006 and my mother-in-law died June 10, 2006. They were so nice about me taking that time off, a whole week. Any time I've had a family emergency or have been sick and not able to work they've always been very understanding. I think that is why they seem to keep their MTs and everyone is happy there and works together as a team. Well, I'm off to bed with the heating pad on my shoulder...have a good evening.
