I've been struggling to try to make line counts on an account I've been on for a couple of months, but I can't make more than minimum wage because all I get is the same dictators over and over - all difficult - and 20 and 30-minute dictations over and over again, that only produce 88 lines but take an hour to listen to on their clunky clumsy program. I'm having to sell my house and everything else I own to downsize because I can't make half of what I did for the previous 15 years - and it's because some PERSON thinks it's fine to dump crap on me all day, and management KNOWS about this and thinks it's fine?? Holy cow, I suspected this was going on but didn't know if I was just imagining things. This clinches it. If those cherrypickers are reading this, all I can say is, I hope you are proud of yourselves for making life so miserable and difficult for others ON PURPOSE - there is no excuse for anyone to be perking themselves while others lose their homes. Shame on them, and shame on the company that allows this to continue at the expense of struggling MTs. It's despicable!

Has anybody else out there had trouble actually getting to work with Docu-Med once they've hired you? I don't understand why they advertise that they need help, and go through the entire process of going through resumes, testing, and actually hiring you, to not then go ahead and get you started working.

Been there, done that. It's not you; it's their infrastructure. I went thru their testing, etc., downloaded their programs to begin work, and could not get together with their tech no matter what I did. He called me from work, "getting ready to leave" and promised to call back. LOL He called me from his cell phone, only to realize that what he needed to get me "started" was back in the office. Etc, etc, etc.

Look somewhere else.

YEP! I am furious that I let sm
myself do this for a whole month! I have wasted my time but I am a patient person, very patient and figured I would be there forever. Money wasn't a problem, nothing. But this is too much. When I think of the money that could have been made in that month it makes me sick!

The horrible thing is that ILHIMA did that, not Keystrokes. They are furious. nm
