about the Leads grabbing all of the prime dictation and leaving the manure for the rest of us, it should be brought to the attention of the Suits. Sure, they don't care how much we have to struggle through a long string of difficult dictations and the Leads just breeze through the good stuff ... this ELECTRONIC CHERRY-PICKING is bound to affect client service in the way of screwing up TAT.
