How would that be beneficial though?

When I sign in and there is no work I do not believe they are holding the work back, in no way would it be beneficial to their company to purposefully create a backlog. In this case it is the doctors fault its not there until the weekend, but, if they are not going to do it in a timely manner I do not believe everyone else should have to step and fetch when they do decide to get around to it. I in no way feel that I am being conned by my company.

Old dog here, a little leary of learning a new trick.  Did you find the classes helpful?  I am talking about the ones through Webmedx.
