Maybe you are responding to some other message, but it doesn't make much sense in the context of where you have placed it. We sure weren't referring here to NOT covering the account 24/7. We are talking about a company that ignored or did not comprehend when a new employee said that she was not available on weekends and was hired with that stipulation. It's the same as if she had said that she was not available on Tuesdays and then they would sent her work on Tuesdays anyway. We are humans, not machines. I do not know of any one MT who is available for work 24/7, not even the MOST DEDICATED, do you?
