I agree with the above poster about MTSO changing tune when they realize you are a true IC, not their employee!! I just got fired because I brought up the fact that I was being treated like an employee with no benefits - READ: telling me when I could work - only when she could work in case I had blanks! If I worked stats, understandable, but discharge summaries! I am peeved right now!
