and i left MQ to come here. I find the management very helpful and accommodating. The pay is better than most companies give you. They definitely do NOT offshore. The QA is very good. You can see and relisten to your corrections. I have plenty of work between several accounts. I love working with MDI.
Other +'s: Most the time, you can transfer your Expander over, and that is a big plus. You can retrieve a report you lost without contacting anyone.
The down side might be that the platform, though I like it a lot, does not have all the bells and whistles that DQS did. There are accts that still require the unlimited long distance, and others that don't. You don't get shift differential, which made a big dent in my paycheck. No paid holidays or bene's, as you are a statutory worker.
If you can pass the muster, I think they are a great place to be. But by the same token, I've seen some of these negatives, and don't understand how others have such a different experience. ???
Best thing with any job is to ease in slowly and see how it goes before you quit the previous job. Good luck!
