I felt the recruiter was very nice.  For personal reasons, I could not stay.  I was assigned an account doing part VR and part transcription.  I unfortunately cannot disclose the pay, but it was higher than what is posted for a lot of jobs here. 

The platform was fairly friendly, but again my stay at Transcend was short-lived.  By the time I could get back in, the trend was to work different days that was not good for me. 

I respect Transcend as they did pay better than the other companies and they also tried to be flexible.  Again, I would highly recommend Transcend. 

Equipment was sent on time.  Recruiter answers any and all questions.  Pay was on time.  Training was good.

Good luck in your search, but I would give Transcend a try if I were looking for employee status for sure.
