1. From what I understand now there is a 15-min leeway on clocking in.
2. When no work available, you can take PTO or make it up Friday p.m. through Sunday.
3. I WAS consistently doing 250 to 300 lph before the changes made last June. Then I dropped to 150 to 200 WHEN not with my primary accounts which, more times than not I was not. You are constantly thrown into accounts you have never heard of a lot of the time and a lot of that is one facility after another, not the same one. (I had up to 15 accounts in 1 day.) So you are constantly looking at profiles to see what is/is not allowed for that particular account.
I left before I was trained on ASR, but from what I have heard it is not the most pleasant thing to work with.
