My goodness, it depends on whether you get an assigned account or get trown into a pool of hundreds of doctors, interns, and ESLs. I have done a few reports at 240 lines-per-hour, but just got pulled down when the horrible dictations came on with poor sound quality, so never could average more than about 135. Maybe you want to check around for a company where you can get an assigned account. Assigned accounts are a lot easier on the nerves and you have better control of your own macros. When they say an account has lots of macros, look out, because those dictators usualy go to the in-house transcriptionists and you never get them anyhow. Good luck. I would give Medware a try.
