You have a lot of experience! You should be paid what you are worth with great benefits. I too have a lot of experience. I am taking the plunge with Diskriter, but to be a hospital employee. Try to talk to Jean. She is fantastic, and will answer all of your questions. It is always hard to take a new job because you really will not know what it is like until you try. I am in the same boat as you I am SCARED, but very hopeful it will be at least 2/3 of what I wish it to be because nothing is perfect. Good luck!
