On my account, the software was downloaded onto my computer by shadowing from their IT personnel. I provide my own headset. They shipped me the foot pedal. I can't remember what testing I took - sorry. Someone else will have to take that one!

Hope you get the job. I love working there and have been very satisfied with the staff and my account.
