account is ESL. I rarely get those great dictators some posters talk about. I get ESL, speed talkers, and those that can't put a sentence together without restarting 5 times. The ESLs are pretty good, except for a couple that I can count on one hand.

So not all traditional work is crap. Someone is getting the great dictators but I can guarantee it sure ain't me.
