twice as fast. What companies don't realize is that there are still X minutes of dictation to listen to. Even if you are a remarkably fast reader, you still can only edit at the speed where you can understand what is being said. For example, if you can listen to a 3-minute report and type it in 4 minutes, to make the same amount of money, you would have to speed that report up so fast that you listened to it and edited it in 2 minutes. Can you really offer a quality report at that rate?

I think 4.25 cpl is way too much of a drop from 10 CPL. I hope there are some incentives in there for you :)
