it sort of eliminates the boredom factor. There are days I do more than 8 hours and days I do less - that's the flexibility that works and I find I make more money than with just one 8 hour FT. There is always work on one of them at any time I want to dive in. Good luck!

Not confusion to me - I like the variety

Our company offers a wide variety schedule
There are even folks that work both weekend days by choice. I don't see what the big deal is really. If an offered schedule doesn't suit you and the company is not willing to compromise, look somewhere else. There are a lot of options out there.

The S-Th/T-Sa scheduling must work just fine for the employers offering it or they wouldn't do it. Simple as that.
