I work several part time jobs just for the reasons you are talking about. I have plenty of work, the pay is much better, not running out of work and left not making money, and the hours are flexible. Some days the work is more than 8 hours and some days, it is much shorter, depending on the workload for that account, but all in all, I enjoy the work much more. I work on more specialties and get use to the dictators, which allows me to do their work faster and be more productive overall. Give it a try. If you don't need the insurance, then there is no reason to not try it out......you might find it makes you happier to do the work every day.
