She's saying she tests Indian applicants once in a while to see how they do on test voice files, and they continuously perform poorly. She pointed out one specific terrible error, though there were probably many more. It sounds to me like the OP has enough personal integrity to do what she can to prevent dictators from getting junk transcriptions from MTs who do not understand English and grammar as we speak and use it in the USA. Just my opinion.
