I have not gone back and forth with this. I was assured by the HR Department months ago that this would be taken care of. This is the first time since then that they have been demanding overtime and again addressed the slow time, (not paying us for sitting and waiting for work to come up). The point of this post is to inform other MT's that they have rights just like any other employee. Just because we work from home and get paid by the line does not mean that we as workers are not protected by DOL laws.
