don't think undying gratitude is going to cut it with DOL. Are they also referred to as DTS? Just wondered since have seen some ads when looking for jobs recently. Thanks! Hope you get this straightened out and appreciate you sticking up for all of us, since in the long run it does affect us as a whole when this kind of abuse is taking place.
