days I hate it. Back in 2006 I had to take a break after my mom died. After almost 3 years, I can say that it was nice to get back into it. It has changed alot for the worse far as I am concerned.
There are still decent companies out there but they are few and far between. I can't say as I regret getting into the business because I like MT and it has given me a great living over the years. I wouldn't want to have to support a family on it now though. I started in house in 79 so we have both about the same amount of time. I think of all the places I have checked out since I left MQ, I liked TL/MQ the best (before it got nasty) of them all. Wish it was like that again.
I remember when MQ use to pay incentive pay plus a quarterly bonus. It was great bringing in those paychecks. I only wish MTs coming into the field now could experience some of that.
